Mammogram
Mammogram is a special x-ray for detection of breast cancer. During a mammogram, your breast will be pressed between two plates. You may feel slight discomfort or pain, but this is temporary. Mammograms are the most accurate way to detect breast cancer at early stages.

Ultrasound
An ultrasound is painless test that creates images of your organs using sound waves. It does not use any radiation, but it is less accurate way to diagnose breast cancer. However, for some women with dense breast tissue such as younger women, it may be helpful to use an ultrasound.
Blood Test
At the moment, there is no blood test that can accurately detect breast cancer.
